Documents and fees required for taking admission after allotment by Director, Technical Education, CG, Raipur for B.Tech/MBA/D.Pharmacy/B.pharmacy candidate (Admitted under CG Quota/OCG Quota)

Please bring semester fees and following documents with 3 sets of photocopies (Attested) along with original for Verification.

• Allotment Letter provided by Director, Technical Education, CG, Raipur
• Entrance Exam Score Card-2020
• Photo graph – 6 Nos
• Class 10th Mark sheet
• Class 12th Mark sheet
• Diploma Mark sheet (For Lateral Entry Students)
• Graduation Mark sheet (For PG Students)
• Permanent Cast Certificate –For SC/ST/OBC candidates (if applicable)
• Permanent Domicile Certificate (Niwas Praman Patra)
• Transfer Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Migration Certificate (Except CG Board)
• Gap Certificate (If applicable)
• Tuition Fees to be paid in the form of demand Draft/Multicity Cheque- Fees for various Course is mentioned as above
• Aadhar Card photocopy
• Bank Account Pass book Photocopy
