We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Training and Placement Officer (TPO) to join our institution's The TPO will play a pivotal role in building strong industry relationships, coordinating placement activities, and enhancing students' employability by providing career guidance and training.

Responsibilities:

Industry Relations:
Develop and nurture relationships with a wide range of industries, companies, and organizations to establish a strong network for internship and placement opportunities.
Collaborate with industry representatives to understand their hiring needs, skill requirements, and expectations from potential candidates.
Organize industry visits, guest lectures, and networking events to bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world.

Placement Coordination:
Coordinate all aspects of campus placements, including pre-placement talks, recruitment drives, interviews, and offer letters.
Assist students in preparing for interviews, refining their resumes, and enhancing their soft skills to increase their chances of securing job offers. Maintain an up-to-date database of student profiles, placements, and alumni employment records.

Career Counseling and Training:
Provide personalized career guidance to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
Design and conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance students' professional skills, including communication, interview techniques, and presentation skills.
Stay informed about industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career opportunities to offer relevant advice to students.

Internship Management:
Facilitate the placement of students in internships that align with their academic and career goals.
Monitor the progress of interns during their placements and gather feedback from both students and employers to enhance the internship experience.
